'Keeping Children Busy on a Budget'
Join our FREE* cost of living workshops.
Time Together is a set of three workshops available to anyone in Warwickshire who wants to beat the boredom with creative activities to do with their children, whilst spending less as a family. The final session also explores ways that those savings can be managed.
Workshop 1: Make Together
Kids: Learn how to grow edible herbs from seed, take home a herb pot that you planted and decorated yourself to watch the seed grow and learn to care for it.
Adults: Growing a herb garden, Current prices for local activities, Cheap or free days out, games, groups, entertainment
Workshop 2: Eat Together
Kids: Smell, taste and touch different fruits, make and take home either a Fruit Sword or a Magic Fruit Wand created by yourself
Adults: Using Herbs to perk up family meals, encouraging kids to eat more fruit and veg, hidden veg recipes, seasonal veg and fruit that can be cheaper.
Workshop 3: Save Together
Kids: Decorate a money box to take home, fill in your savings chart and start saving!
Adults: See how much money you are saving by replacing expensive trips with free or affordable activities, Understanding savings, Credit unions and the cost of loans.

We estimate this will have a lot of interest especially during school holidays. No criteria other than living in Warwickshire.
