How We Help You Move Forward

Destination Work focuses on building confidence and skills for employment and is tailored to meet your individual needs, we understand that everyone’s journey to employment is different, so we’re here to offer flexible support and help you overcome personal and professional challenges. using a combination of group and one to one intensive support in local delivery locations.

Services offered include:

  • Employability skills e.g. CV writing, interview skills
  • Job clubs/job matching
  • Increase confidence/self-esteem/motivation
  • Access to functional English and Maths skills, up to level 2
  • Digital skills training
  • Updating skills & training e.g. Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Workplace skills i.e. letter writing, etiquette, answering the phone.
  • Skills for resilience: dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity, working through uncertainty
  • Travel training
  • Financial skills i.e. money management, understanding wage slips/tax
  • Signposting to other specialised services, such as mental health support
  • Voluntary work opportunities and work placements
