What is a Theory of Change?
A Theory of Change will improve understanding, delivery and internal communication and help you to demonstrate impact.
The webinar will take the form of a presentation followed by an opportunity for questions and answers.
Who should attend?
Places are restricted to social and community enterprises registered with Companies House, the Charity Commission or the FCA and with a registered office address in Coventry or Warwickshire.
Why attend?
Creating a Theory of Change will lead you to map out the underlying logic of a project. This will improve organisational understanding, delivery and internal communication. It will also help you to identify what to evaluate and to demonstrate your impact to external stakeholders.
